تطبيق «كرّاس» للتحضير لشهادة البكالوريا في الجزائر · آخر تحديث: 2 نوفمبر 2026 · English belowالبيانات التي نجمعها
- الحساب: رقم حسابك في تيليغرام واسمك الأول واسم المستخدم إن فتحت التطبيق من تيليغرام، أو رقم حساب عشوائي ورمز استرجاع خارج تيليغرام.
- ما تكتبه في الملف: الاسم الذي تختاره، الشعبة، الولاية، القسم.
- التقدّم: الدروس والعلامات والنقاط والسلسلة والأخطاء والمهام، ونسخة احتياطية منها لاسترجاعها في هاتف جديد.
- النشاط داخل التطبيق: الفرقة، التحديات، أسئلة الأصحاب، الدعوات، تفاعلاتك وتصويتك ومشاهداتك وتعليقاتك في المنتدى، وبلاغاتك عن الأخطاء.
- نقطة (الذكاء الاصطناعي): رسائلك والصور التي ترسلها، مع معلومات دراسية مختصرة (الأيام الباقية للبكالوريا، المواد والأسئلة التي تخطئ فيها، أجزاء من الدروس)، تُرسل لمعالجتها وإعطائك الجواب. لا نحفظها في خادمنا، وتبقى المحادثة في جهازك. إذا ضغطت «فيه غلطة؟» نحفظ ذلك الجواب وسؤالك لمراجعته. نعدّ عدد الأسئلة يومياً لتطبيق الحدود.
- طلب الاشتراك «كرّاس+» (خارج Google Play فقط): رقم الهاتف والمتعامل والملاحظة التي تكتبها.
- البيانات التقنية: عنوان IP يمرّ عبر خوادم الاستضافة. للحماية من الإساءة نحفظ بصمة مشفّرة منه لمدة يوم واحد، لا العنوان نفسه.
ما يراه التلاميذ الآخرون
تعليقاتك في المنتدى تظهر للجميع باسمك الذي اخترته، وتُمسح مع حسابك. الروابط وأرقام الهاتف ممنوعة في التعليقات لحمايتك. قائمة المنشورات التي تحفظها تبقى في حسابك ولا يراها غيرك. في «الترتيب» يظهر الاسم الذي اخترته، ولايتك، شعبتك، حبر هذا الأسبوع، سلسلتك، قلمك وعدد محطاتك، للتلاميذ الآخرين. لا يظهر رقم حسابك ولا اسم مستخدمك. تستطيع الخروج من الترتيب في أي وقت بزر «خبّيني من الترتيب»، فلا يراك أحد فيه. اختر اسماً لا يكشف هويتك إن أردت.
الميكروفون والصور
الصور لا تُرفع إلا إذا اخترت أنت إرسالها. الميكروفون يُستعمل فقط عند تسجيل منشور صوتي في المنتدى، وهذه الميزة لمدير التطبيق وحده؛ لا نسجّل شيئاً في الخلفية.
إذا كنت تستعمل تيليغرام
- البوت @KarrasBacBot: يحفظ رقم حسابك واسمك الأول ليرسل التذكير (إن فعّلته) وأخبار التحديات. الرسائل التي تكتبها للبوت تصل إلى صاحب التطبيق ليجيبك، فلا تكتب فيها معلومات حساسة.
- نسخة احتياطية في تيليغرام: يُحفظ تقدّمك أيضاً في مساحة تيليغرام الخاصة بالبوت (CloudStorage).
- القناة والمجموعة: عندما تطلب التأكد من انضمامك، يسأل البوت تيليغرام هل أنت عضو فقط.
- الدفع بالنجوم: تتم عبر تيليغرام، ونحفظ ما اشتريته ورقم العملية. لا نرى وسيلة دفعك.

لماذا نستعملها
لتشغيل التطبيق وحفظ تقدّمك، الفرق والتحديات، التذكير إن فعّلته، الإجابة عبر نقطة، تصحيح أخطاء المحتوى، ومنع الإساءة.
مع من نشاركها
- Cloudflare: الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات وتشغيل نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي (Workers AI).
- Telegram: عند استعمال التطبيق أو البوت داخل تيليغرام، وفق سياسة تيليغرام.
- Google Fonts: تحميل خطوط الكتابة، فيصل عنوان IP إلى Google.
- لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية. قد نكشفها فقط إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك.
المدة والمسح
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك موجوداً. عند مسح الحساب تُمحى من قاعدة البيانات مباشرة، وقد تبقى في نسخ تقنية احتياطية لدى المزوّد لمدة تصل إلى 30 يوماً قبل زوالها.
ما نبقيه بعد المسح: سجلات الدفع دون اسم أو هاتف، بلاغات الأخطاء دون هويتك، إحصاءات عامة لا تدل عليك، ورقم الحساب إذا كان محظوراً بسبب إساءة، وذلك للمحاسبة ومنع الإساءة.
الأمان
كل الاتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS) والحسابات موقّعة رقمياً. لا توجد طريقة تضمن الأمان بنسبة 100%، لكننا نعمل على حماية بياناتك. احتفظ برمز الاسترجاع ولا تعطه لأحد.
القاصرون
التطبيق موجّه لتلاميذ الثانوي. إذا كان عمرك أقل من 18 سنة فاحرص على موافقة وليّ أمرك. التطبيق ليس موجّهاً لمن هم دون 13 سنة، وإذا علمنا بوجود بيانات لهم نمسحها.

تستطيع طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو مسحها عبر وسيلة التواصل أدناه.

Privacy Policy

- Account: Telegram ID, first name and username when opened from Telegram; otherwise a random account ID and recovery code.
- Profile: chosen name, study branch, wilaya, class.
- Progress: lessons, grades, points, streak, mistakes, missions, and a backup for restoring on a new phone.
- In-app activity: squad, duels, friend questions, invites, forum reactions, votes and views, and error reports.
- AI assistant (Nuqta): your messages and photos, with brief study information (days until the exam, subjects and questions you get wrong, lesson excerpts), are sent for processing to produce an answer. They are not stored on our server, and the chat stays on your device. If you tap the report button we keep that answer and your question for review. Daily question counts are kept to enforce limits.
- Karras+ request (outside Google Play only): phone number, operator and your note.
- Technical: your IP address passes through our hosting provider. For abuse protection we keep a hashed fingerprint of it for one day, not the address.
What other students see
In the ranking, other students see your chosen name, wilaya, study branch, this week's ink, streak, pen level and number of stations. Your account ID and username are not shown. You can leave the ranking at any time with the hide button. Choose a name that does not identify you if you prefer.
Microphone and photos
Photos are uploaded only when you choose to send them. The microphone is used only to record a voice post in the forum, a feature available to the app administrator only. Nothing is recorded in the background.
If you use Telegram
- Bot @KarrasBacBot: stores your ID and first name to send reminders (if enabled) and duel news. Messages you write to the bot reach the app owner so they can reply; do not include sensitive information.
- Telegram backup: your progress is also saved in the bot's Telegram CloudStorage.
- Channel and group: when you ask to verify joining, the bot only asks Telegram whether you are a member.
- Stars payments: handled by Telegram. We keep the item and transaction ID, and never see your payment method.

Why we use it
To run the app and save progress, squads and duels, optional reminders, AI answers, fixing content errors, and preventing abuse.
Sharing
- Cloudflare: hosting, database and AI model processing (Workers AI).
- Telegram: when you use the app or bot inside Telegram.
- Google Fonts: loading fonts, which sends your IP address to Google.
- We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We disclose it only if legally required.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. Deleting your account removes it from the database immediately; provider technical backups may persist for up to 30 days. Kept after deletion: payment records without name or phone, error reports without your identity, non-identifying aggregate statistics, and the account ID if banned for abuse, for accounting and abuse prevention.
Security
All connections use HTTPS and accounts are cryptographically signed. No method is 100% secure. Keep your recovery code private.
Minors
The app is for secondary school students. If you are under 18, make sure your parent or guardian agrees. It is not intended for children under 13; we delete such data when we learn of it.
